Welcome human.
I assume you came here because there was something about the way I spoke about “Expression” that led you here.
Perhaps you were curious about the details of this program.
Perhaps you wanted to understand exactly what outcomes you can expect.
Or perhaps you accidentally clicked on a link because you are a generally curious person.
Either way. I’m happy you are here.
Many times, we ask ChatGPT to write us things that truly capture what it is we would like to communicate, so that the people who look at our stuff can instantly recognize themselves and make a decision. (Hopefully, buying one.)
For this program, that won’t happen.
A couple of reasons:
There is just something scary and edgy about raw-dogging a sales page and not having AI correct and over-polish everything we do.
There is also a feeling of disbelief mixed with fear about whether this will land at all.
And if you think about it, the reason we ask AI to do things for us is simply that perhaps we don’t fully trust our abilities to “say the right thing.”
So we turn to AI, and many times we love what we get. Don’t get me wrong, many times it has helped me give language or words to what I was trying to articulate.
We use it to write emails, posts, scripts, and even sales pages, and some people even use it to comment under someone’s post or send dm-s. (Crazy, right?)
But more often than not, we use the output without giving it much thought and consideration.
This is where most people make a mistake.
Because the more we rely on it, the further we get from our core and personality.
You see, I believe we all have a personality. Something unique to us that makes us memorable.
Some of us hide it because we thought it might be rejected, too much, unprofessional, or negatively impact our image.
Especially in business.
I remember being at a networking event and trying to connect with people just for the sake of connecting, no agenda, and I noticed many people here were hard to connect with.
It feels like my invisible tentacles want to connect to a glass surface. You are trying to reach the human underneath, but there isn’t anything that lets you get through.
You see, people hide themselves all the time, and here is what happens as a byproduct.
You don’t really know who they are
You aren’t retaining anything about the interaction
You pulled to hire that person, either
Not because they are not skilled, they could be, but because they have such a wall up in the way they show up and express themselves that we don’t feel connected at all.
There is something in us, at a nervous system level, that goes, "I don’t quite trust this."
And without trust, we aren’t going to hire someone.
Makes sense?
Just think of a time when you met someone, and you went, “there is something off about this person,” maybe you couldn’t even tell what it is, you just felt it.
It could be a DM from a stranger, a phone call, an email pitch that, from the look of it, you read the lines, heard the person, and you went “nope”.
Let me tell you why. (Since you read this page all the way here).
What humans trust and connect with or buy from aren’t just people but congruent nervous systems.
What does it mean?
Congruence is basically when your inner state and your outer expression match.
Now this was the only thing chatgpt got involved in.
The simplest example I can give you is this.
You are hungry, someone is asking, " Are you hungry? You go “noooo”.
The other person goes… “But you look hungry, your hands are shaking, and you clearly have googly eyes and a slightly agitated vibe.”
You go “Im not hungry, I’m fineeee”.
The other person's nervous system flags.
“There is something off; my radar is experiencing a mismatch. This person is not to be trusted.”
And we might not go into this depth of analysis its mostly subconscious and quick.
And this happens to us all the time.
The way we express ourselves is communicating the same thing to others.
So the very first thing I really want to help you embody is inner-outer congruence.
in “Expressed”
First, you’ll reconnect your innie to your outie.
And this isn’t easy or simple because you may be conditioned to disconnect from that part in order to fit in. But if you are thinking, I’m pretty good at this already, if you notice yourself overthinking before and after you speak, this will help you a lot.
Once we did that, the next step is:
You are going to learn to trust that consistently.
Not just once or twice, but building the muscle of trusting your own expression.
Imagine finding yourself in any situation with a self-trust of “yea I got this” because you have proven yourself that you did so many times before.
When you meet new people, reach out online or even grab your phone to record a quick reel video.
I will show you the fastest way to build that self-trust, and you’ll get to play around with it in real time.
Third, we are going to learn how to be okay with letting people see you in that state. (Which is, by the way, the most magnetic side of you.)
We are going to achieve this by changing your relationship with how you are being perceived by others and lowering the anxiety around your visibily around the way you express.
I have a foolproof method around this that works 10/10 times, and once you understand this, you won’t have anxiety around “how are you going to be perceived” or “what other people will think of you when you express yourself.”
Because we are going to move your focus where it’s no longer about you, but in a good way.
Fourth, you are going to learn to maintain all that you learned under pressure.
Facing your ideal client? Someone you look up to? A situation in which it would be easier to hide or fall into weird “who was that person” behaviors again?
You will learn how to keep your own center in your own body. Holding onto your own expressions, opinions, and viewpoints, even when it would be easier to fold and align with the other person.
Do you want me to tell you how I can tell that someone is trying hard to be “friends” or “connect” with me for whatever agenda reasons?
They become overly agreeable and flattering.
“Oh, your work is amazing, you are amazing.” At best, they use my own language to “mirror” back to me, thinking that will get my attention.
But beyond that, they have nothing.
You will learn how to express yourself and hold your own center of gravity so people actually go, okay this one is not just some weird fan girl with an agenda.
Please note that this is an ongoing journey of a lifetime.
But this program will help you take active steps on that journey.
Who is this program for?
You want to be fully expressed in who you are and reconnect with your own voice
You want to feel less self-conscious about how you sound or look online
You want to worry less about what people will think when you express your own expression
BUT ALSO
You have a mission that needs your expression to be heard
You want to make an impact and move people
And you inherently understand you need to work on your expression, not for you, but for people you want to help and who need to hear your message; and without your getting over yourself, they will never get the help that they need.
We begin June 17, 2026.
Live program delivered on Zoom (replays available)
Investment $47.
This is a core pillar of the Human to Human ecosystem.
Who is leading this program?
Hi. My parents named me Dominika, but Domi is what I tell people to call me.
It’s shorter, and frankly, my mother only used my full name when she was mad at me. (That's how I knew, and ofc her tone was also off).
I have done some work around my own expressions to be this solid. (Clearly.)
Even though being super introverted, attention was the last thing I ever wanted on me. (Except when it came to boys, I liked then I wanted them to like me.)
Needless to say, my work growing businesses online has pushed me to be visible.
And it kept pushing, so I wrote two marketing books, have been leading 2 podcasts for 5 years, and interviewed some cool people. Been posting videos on YouTube and Facebook and have been visible in my writing and expressions for quite some time now.
Nowhere near done, but I’m fairly confident in my abilities to lead this program with you.
